Private, local editing
Opening, previewing, editing and exporting the PDF happen in your browser. Kivrum does not send the document to an external API. This is useful for forms, assignments, contracts, notes and other files you prefer to keep on your device.
Important note about replacing and erasing text
Replacement and erasing work visually: the editor covers the original content and places the new content above it. It does not rebuild the internal text layer or automatically reflow paragraphs. Covering information is not secure redaction for confidential data.

What can I do with the Kivrum PDF Editor?
You can add or replace visible text, choose fonts and styles, draw, highlight, cover content, insert images or signatures, move, resize, crop or delete images, organize pages, undo changes, and download a new PDF.
Can I edit text that already exists in a PDF?
Yes, with visual replacement: Kivrum covers the selected text area and places your replacement above it. It does not rewrite the PDF's embedded text layer or automatically reflow the surrounding document.
Can I change the font, size, color, bold and italic?
Yes. Text controls include Helvetica, Times and Courier, plus font size, color, bold and italic styles.
Can I insert and edit images or signatures?
Yes. Insert an image or signature, drag it into position, resize it with the cursor, crop it, or delete it with the visible control or Delete and Backspace keys.
Can I draw, highlight or erase content?
You can draw freehand, add highlights, and visually cover unwanted content. Covering content does not remove underlying PDF data, so it should not be treated as secure redaction.
Can I reorder, rotate or delete PDF pages?
Yes. The editor includes controls to change page order, rotate pages and remove pages before downloading the edited PDF.
Are my PDF files uploaded?
No. PDF loading, preview, editing and export happen locally in your browser. Kivrum does not upload the document to an external processing API.
Can I undo changes?
Yes. Undo and redo controls let you review editing actions before exporting the final PDF.
