Privacy Notice
This notice describes Kivrum's current public website behavior and should be revised whenever processing practices change.
Local browser processing
Many Kivrum tools process text, files, and settings directly in the browser. Tools identified as local do not transmit their inputs to Kivrum or an external API. Temporary preview URLs are released by the relevant tool when replaced or closed.
Provider-backed processing
The AI Background Remover discloses before upload that it sends the selected image through Kivrum’s server to the configured background-removal provider. Kivrum does not persist the image to disk or a database. Provider handling is governed by that provider’s own privacy terms. Any additional server-backed tool should disclose its behavior before processing begins.
Cookies, local storage, and hosting
Kivrum does not currently load an analytics provider or advertising network. The optional consent banner is disabled by default and, when enabled, stores only the Accept or Decline choice in local storage. Normal hosting infrastructure may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, path, and browser headers.
Analytics and advertising
The repository contains a no-operation analytics interface and disabled ad-layout placeholders. Neither sends requests or creates analytics data. Any future provider must be documented with appropriate controls before launch.
Your choices and questions
You can clear local-storage preferences through browser settings. For privacy questions, visit the contact page. Do not submit passwords, confidential files, or sensitive tool inputs through contact channels.
